Rare PAUL COOK Float Winder/Holder with Floats

This is a rare hand crafted solid mahogany Float Winder by Paul Cook I believe only several of this book version were made with folding lids, including two Ivorine tipped vintage style floats, both signed in Indian ink, having a sliding SHOT & CAPS sliding lid compartment, brass hinges, a very nice collectible item.
