Rare HOMERS OF LONDON cane Float Rod with TWO TIPS.

A very hard to acquire beautifully hand built Scorched Cane Float rod by HOMER OF LONDON, In excellent original condition, very little used , having the red FOREST GATE trade label in tact with original labelled cloth bag and probably a deluxe model having two tip sections one making a 10ft Roach rod having a tulip tip ring and the other making a 9 1/2ft rod for bottom fishing, all rings are original rings similar to the first model Wallis Wizard rods, the butt ring is pure red agate. One of the brass sliding reel fitting is stamped “ NEWS OF THE WORLD CHAMPION “ the brass fitting all with the original bronzing. A very scarce rod with original labelled cloth bag and turned hardwood ferrule protector.
