In fine professionally restored condition, a very scarce Bernard Sealey Precision Rods black label, THE FESTIVAL built cane rod 11ft traditional classic design slightly stepped up taper was made for barbel fishing, beautiful Jasper silk whippings with red silk intermediates, a great rod to fish with.
