This a a rare beautiful hand crafted salmon fly reservoir made from mahogany by HARDY BROS “ THE ROXBURGH “ complete with lock and key with clipped lift out trays holding some rare antique gut eyed fully dressed traditional flies, a superb collectors piece. Having the Hardy Bros trade label, a leather carrying handle, brass hinges and cartouche set in the lid, a traditionally hand crafted. These boxes very rarely turn up for sale and to contain fully loaded with rare traditional salmon flies is an added investment as some of these flies contain some rare feathers and individually are highly collectible and valuable. A very fine collectors piece.
