A scarce Centrepin circa 1915/16 by Allcock a 4 1/2” wide drum twelve spokes made for retailer G.LITTLE & Co 63 Haymarket LONDON S.W as stamped on the backplate, also PATENT stamp on the front flange, Black Lead finish, twin Ivorine handles, correct brass brass foot not altered or shortened. Copper calliper spring check mechanism with on/off brass button on the backplate, spins nice and true without any wobble, a very rare collectible and a fine usable reel.
