In mint unused condition a beautifully hand crafted built cane rod by Master Rod Builder ANDREW DAVIS, This the Richard Walker “ FORTY FOUR” in the words of Andrew’s description “ The Excalibur Rod which caught Richard Walkers 44lb Record fish CLARRISSA , this rod been an exact copy dimensionally to Richards original rod 10ft and fitted with similar fittings, having an 18” whole cane spliced in under the full length cork handle. The rings are all de-luxe amber lined and all the whippings are similar colours using the finest highest grade silk available. A pure quality built traditional and important historical rod.
