A Limited Edition Centrepin made by Garry Mills for J W Youngs in fact this is a one off by Garry who finished this reel with a polished rim, and fitted a solid brass foot not the textured finish version and also put brass screws in the twin Ivorine waisted handles instead of the chrome painted ones, he also fitted brass ratchet mechanism screws the result is a more beautiful version. It’s in mint boxed unused condition. A classic and now a highly desirable reel as all of them soon sold when released. A traditional 4 1/2” x 1” Deemed the best Centrepin retailed by Youngs. Beautifully made twelve spoke nickel silver and brass fittings, on/off check lever, spoked tensioner. Lightweight with multi-ventilated spool, twin handles, complete with case box and certificate this is No.101 of a Limited Edition. Certainly a collectible reel and great to fish with. With a detachable line guide and fittings should you require it.
