Walter Brunner of Austria “ Type Gebetsroither Super “ 2m ( 6ft 6”) Built Cane Fly Rod

In excellent condition a superbly built fly rod by the late master rod builder Walter Brunner of Austria, a 2m ( 6ft 6”) #5 with staggered ferrule, cigar cork handle, snake rings a quality blonde cane with black silk whippings. These rods are a real joy to fish with offering a very pokey actions for very accurate and distant casting if needed. With labelled bag and makers leather capped carrying tube. Very highly sought after model and a great investment but most importantly great to use.. These rods were named after the head keeper Hans Gebetsroither of the River Traun in Austria
