Very Rare Antique Brass Winch circa 1861 by Edward Dawson 33 Bell Yard Temple Bar London not dissimilar to the Ustonson made reels of that time who were also based in Temple Bar, Edward Dawson only resided at these premises from 1861-1867 so making this an extremely rare early reel, all in very good original condition, correct foot with 5 rivets, a 3 1/2” narrow drum reel.
