Very Rare Allcocks Four Spoke Coxon Aerial Centrepin

This is a Four spoke Coxon Aerial, very few of these turn up, in original condition a 3 1/2” diameter with on/off calliper spring check mechanism, mahogany backplate, twin horn handles, ebonite drum flanges with “ PATENT “ stamp on the front flange, correct length foot slightly edged on one corner, circa 1896 having no tension regulator , making this one of the earliest versions, these first model reels never appeared in Allcocks catalogues, extremely rare collectors reel.
