A very rare Highlight Quality by Master Reel maker Paul Witcher, this is a Bisterne Aerial MKII of which only seven were ever made, this is No.20, Paul Built 14 original Bistern MKI reels and to complete 21 reels  he later developed the later MKII model hence Seven only made, in antique finish a true classic and highly desirable by collectors, complete with a leather case and tool kit in a leather wallet and a certificate of authentication, these reels very rarely if ever turn up for sale, a sound investment and a joy to own..
