Ultra Rare B.James Built To Endure “ AVOCET” Built Cane Rod

This is one of the rarest rods I’ve had the privilege to own, by leading maker B.JAMES of Ealing London, this is one of the first model AVOCET rods made, in original finish never been restored as found, a true classic three piece best built dark tempered Bob Southwell Cane, with silk whippings and close intermediates, original early brass spigot ferrules, having the rare early “ Built to Endure” and “Avocet” and “ B.James” gold logo's all intact, also very rare the makers block engraved detailing on the alloy butt collar. with the original low full open rings ,the three sections are correct original lengths 11ft 3” when assembled , I doubt I’d ever find another museum piece like this rod ever again, your chance to own this very original as found, historical fishing item.
