Scarce Hardy Bros “THE CONTINENTAL SPECIAL” 6ft 8” Built Cane Fly Rod

This is in pristine condition, doesn’t look like it ever been fished with, a rare rod The Continental Special 6ft 8” staggered ferrule, green silk whippings tipped red, built from Hardys premium PALAKONA built cane, this rod casts supremely, presenting dry flies with finesse and ease. This model hardly ever turn up for sale, highly desirable, a great little brook rod. This model was built only for three years 1969-72. To have a similar rod built today would cost over £2k. So here’s a bargain if ever seen.
