Undoubtedly built on Bob Southwell tempered cane, rare three piece 12ft , having re-enforced ferrules, red silk intermediate whippings, full open rings with clear Agate tip and butt rings, all with Jasper silk tipped red whippings, With hook keeper and a 25” cork handle, a superbly built rod with quality components, very rare maker.
