A rare lure invented by Leonard Alexander Crossle in 1905 as an improved form of spinning bait for pike, salmon or other fish. It was also retailed by Milward & Sons, named the Gravity minnow because it’s weight & buoyancy can be instantly adapted to the distance to be cast and the depth of water , by removing the bayonet lock head cap, then filling the hollow body wholly or partly with water. In good condition, nickel silver finish with original treble hooks, side hooks with shepherds crooks, still has original painted eyes, also has its original green glass bead, stamped on both Finns with patent numbers.
