In good original condition a 1920s rare smallest size 2 7/8” Fly reel, ideal for small brook rods and great with a built cane rod, the Perfect reels are an excellent design and precision made by Hardy Bros master reel makers, having a knurled brass tensioner adjuster with duplicated MKII check mechanism, correct ribbed brass foot not altered or shortened, no corrosion or line burns, with most of the original leaded finish, these small size reels are highly desirable and not easy to acquire.
